These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pkd365 platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By accessing pkd365, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each user may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited in accordance with platform policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. They do not supersede, override or grant exemption from any applicable local laws, including Pakistani law.
Welcome to pkd365 (referred to herein as "pkd365", "we", "us" or "the Platform"). pkd365 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting the Pakistan market. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("you", "User", "Player"), and pkd365 governing your access to and use of the pkd365 website, mobile interface and all associated services.
By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkd365 platform.
pkd365 is not affiliated with, licensed by, approved by or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or any other Pakistani government body or financial institution. References to these organisations or payment services are for local-context purposes only and imply no endorsement or affiliation.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an account and use the pkd365 Platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited. pkd365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close an Account pending age verification.
Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify whether your use of pkd365 complies with laws applicable to you. pkd365 makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate for use in any specific country or territory, including Pakistan.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (b) you are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of another person; and (c) you are not on any self-exclusion register operated by pkd365 or any linked gambling operator network.
The following persons are not permitted to hold or use a pkd365 Account:
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and must notify pkd365 promptly of any changes to that information. pkd365 reserves the right to verify the information provided and to suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify pkd365 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. pkd365 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
pkd365 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing withdrawals, activating bonuses or continued use of the Platform. Acceptable identification documents may include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Proof of address may also be required. All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Submitting falsified, altered or third-party documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm pkd365, its other Users or third parties.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkd365 Platform:
pkd365 endeavours to maintain Platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, security updates and unforeseen technical failures may cause temporary unavailability. pkd365 is not liable for any losses or missed betting opportunities arising from Platform downtime.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available to you within your Account cashier. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. All funds deposited into your Account must belong to you — depositing funds on behalf of or at the direction of a third party is prohibited.
Payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this Platform as familiar local payment context for Pakistani users only. Their inclusion does not imply that these providers endorse, support or process gambling transactions. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of any applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements; and (c) the Account being in good standing with no active restrictions. Withdrawal requests may be subject to operator review before processing. Processing times vary and no guaranteed payout timelines are stated. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per the current operator cashier policy.
Where currency amounts are displayed on the Platform, Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) equivalents may be shown for illustrative purposes. The operator's base currency governs actual account transactions. Exchange rate differences may apply.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Promotional terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts — are stated within each individual offer.
Bonus Funds must meet their stated Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example: if a bonus of PKR 5,000 carries a 30× wagering requirement, you must wager a total of PKR 150,000 using that bonus before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in individual promotion terms.
pkd365 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes (but is not limited to): opening multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements; and colluding with other Users to exploit promotional structures.
pkd365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are provided at the sole discretion of the Platform and no User has an automatic entitlement to any promotion unless specifically offered to them.
All bets placed on pkd365 are subject to the Platform's betting rules. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from the Platform. pkd365 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where odds were published as a result of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake.
Where odds are published due to a manifest error — including typographical mistakes, software glitches or data feed failures — pkd365 reserves the right to void affected bets. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Examples include odds substantially inconsistent with market prices (e.g., a 1.01 favourite priced at 10.00 due to a feed error).
pkd365 provides live and pre-match betting markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports. These sports are offered as entertainment content only. pkd365 has no official partnership with, nor is it endorsed by, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), any PSL franchise, the ICC, or any other sports governing body. References to these competitions are sporting context only.
In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time during an event, including during breaks in play, at the operator's discretion. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — for any technical reason — may be voided. Users acknowledge that network delays may cause a discrepancy between the live state of the game and the odds displayed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from pkd365. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkd365 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for:
pkd365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information; bonus abuse; or at the Platform's sole operational discretion. In the event of termination for cause, any balances derived from fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity may be voided.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pkd365 customer support via the email address listed in Section 15. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending withdrawals and any applicable conditions) will be returned to you via a payment method on your Account, subject to completed KYC and no outstanding compliance holds.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11 and 14 — will remain in full force and effect.
pkd365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via Platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent review was completed. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkd365's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the operator's license jurisdiction.
These Terms do not supersede, override, modify or provide exemption from any mandatory applicable laws in any territory, including the laws of Pakistan. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to significant legal restrictions under Pakistani law and must seek independent legal advice if in doubt about their legal position.
